About the Collection

This art collection explores the stillness of the human body as a powerful vessel for emotional expression, with a focus on the raw and universal experience of grief. Through striking paintings, it invites viewers to connect deeply with the beauty and complexity of loss and love.

The Story...

Art has a way of telling stories when words fail.

What Makes Sense explores what happens when bottled-up feelings rise to the surface, whispering—enough. It’s time to emerge.

Life can be overwhelming. The weight of expectations—whether from others or yourself—can feel heavy. You may find yourself at a crossroad, unsure of your next step, not quite ready to face what’s beneath the surface. And that’s okay.

What Makes Sense serves as a reminder: it’s okay to step back. To listen to your body. To breathe. To release the pressure you place upon yourself.

Sometimes, the greatest act of self-compassion is giving yourself the time and space to figure things out.

Especially after a loss or life transition.

This piece marks the beginning of a new chapter—one of healing, self-reflection, and gentle transformation.

Because, in the end… we can’t stay turned away forever...
